I have been in the coach industry for 32 years and gained my International Transport Management Qualification's in the early 1990's. I am also qualified in Consumer Law and hold NVQ's in Passenger Transport and Well-being.

I am passionate about providing customers with an excellent service and ensure that Coach Tours and Travel complies with the legislative guidelines set out by our governing bodies.

I have been working for CTT for several years. My role is within planning, allocations, corporate development and support.

I work with a great, reliable, and supportive team. I have several corporate accounts that I am responsible for and thoroughly enjoy the challenge.

I joined the team at CTT 4 years ago from the Public Sector. I have a diverse role within the office. I am the first point of contact either on the phone or at the counter.

My daily duties include liaising with Clients, supporting Management and the driving team and ensuring that everyone has the correct legal information and necessary documentation.

AKA steady Eddie, I have been in the coach industry longer than I wish to remember.

My favourite touring destinations will be Southern Ireland, I have also travelled extensively throughout Europe making great friendships and memories along the way.

I have been in the coaching industry for 37 years and have travelled all around Great Britain, Eastern and Western Europe.

I pride myself in my customer service skills and my passengers and their safety always remain my top priority.

I joined Coach Tours and Travel in 2016 and thoroughly enjoy my job.

I have spent the last twenty-five years working for the largest coach holiday company in Europe and spent many years touring across the continent.

I am fluent in French, German and Black Country!

I started my coach driving career at Don Everall Ltd. I then moved onto Midland Red and National Bus. I have had lots of experience driving coaches and trucks in the UK and on the continent.

I have worked for CTT for the last 12 years and have seen them grow into the Company they are today. 

I'm originally a PSV/HGV engineer and have been driving bus and coaches for over 18 years.

I changed career 6 years ago to become a coach driver and  I have been touring all over UK and Ireland and more recently Europe.

Originally from County Clare in Western Ireland, my background has always been in hospitality.

I studied at the National University of Ireland in Maynooth and became a 3-Shamrock Official Home-Country Blue Badge Tour Guide, specialising in Irish History and Culture before gaining my Coach Licence in 1995. I relocated to the Midlands in 2007.

I am passionate about Coach Travel and Tourism.

I have been a Coach Driver since 2012, during this time I have covered a wide variety of work to include European and UK Tours, Day Trips and School outings.

I am enthusiastic about my job and thoroughly enjoy travelling and meeting new people. I hope to see you onboard soon.

I have been a PSV driver for the past 14 years firstly on the buses and then on the coaches. I moved to CTT in 2019 from National Express where I had worked for 12 years. I have been assessed as a master driver and hold an IAM (Institute of Advanced Motorists) advanced driver qualification as well as an NVQ in Passenger Carrying Vehicle Driving. I have also gained several safe driving awards. I enjoy the varied work of coach driving from local contracts to tour work and everything in between, going to places up and down the country and making sure our passengers have an enjoyable journey.

I have been working at CTT for approximately 3 years. I am still very much in love with my job as the day I started. No two days are the same. It is such a pleasure seeing all the different people each day.

I am part of a great team at CTT which I am most grateful to be a part of. We all pull together to help each other when needed.
