All our executive coaches have washroom facilities.

4. Can I hire a coach to go to Europe?

Yes, we are fully licenced and insured, our team are all fully experienced with European travel. We can assist you with reservations for your crossings, hotels and itineraries.

5. What size coaches do you do?

We have a variety of seating capacities ranging from 16 to 70 passenger seats although our executive fleet go up to 57 seats.

Yes, by appointment.

7. How safe is passenger travel during the current pandemic?

We adhere to the Government Guidelines in place at the time, please see our COVID page.

8. Are you drivers fully vetted?

All our drivers are fully qualified, and all have undertaken enhanced DBS checks, they all undertake regular, ongoing driver appraisals.

9. How do I book a coach?

You can call our office on 01902 711671 or complete the quotation form online, you will then be able to log in to the customer portal and check your quotes and bookings.

10. Do I need to pay a deposit?

All non-account holders are required to pay a deposit on booking and balance payments are due 10 days before your date of travel.

11. Will the coach I have seen on your website be the coach that turns up?

All the pictures in the picture gallery are our own vehicles. During peak times we may need to hire additional vehicles to cope with demand, however, you will still get a vehicle of the same specification as per your booking.

12. Will my driver do any additional pickups or drop offs?

Our drivers are only allowed to carry out the confirmed itinerary, pickups and set down points, if you require any in addition to your confirmed booking then please contact the office so the amendments and any price alterations can be made.

13. Are your coaches accessible for disabled passengers?

Although our coaches do not have wheelchair access, the vehicle will lower to aid easier access.

14. Can I bring a wheelchair or motorised scooter?

You are welcome to bring a wheelchair or a walker, however, motorised scooters may not always be possible. Please make any requests at the time of your initial inquiry or booking.

15. Can I bring my dog?

Although we are dog lovers, we can only accept official, registered assistance dogs.

16. Can I smoke on your coaches?

No, all our coaches operate a Non-smoking policy, this includes E cigarettes and vapes. Your driver will make adequate comfort stops throughout the journey.

17. Do you have a lost property policy?

Yes, we encourage all passengers to check that they have collected all personal belongings. Any items that we find will be held for a period before disposal. Any Perishable items will be disposed of straight away.

18. Are my details secure?

Yes. We do not pass on any of your details to any third party apart from any border control or Police authority that request them.

19. How do I know if your coaches are safe and maintained?

We maintain our coaches to a higher standard than that is currently required. We have our own onsite technicians for the day-to-day service and maintenance as well as contracted maintenance agreements with the main dealers.
