Our aim is to provide affordable quality with a cordial atmosphere and to this end we pay particular attention to the standard of our coaches and accommodation. The vehicles we use are very passenger-friendly, having suspensions which lower to provide easier access for passengers. Air-conditioning, toilets, televisions and a drinks machine are standard.

 

You will find our drivers most helpful and friendly. They all have considerable experience with a fund of knowledge which covers both the UK and Europe. We maintain standards by ensuring that they undergo regular driver assessments and appraisals. As an organisation CTT and its staff are very customer-focused and we all take great pride in our work.

 

Our hotels and resorts are all personally inspected by members of our staff to ensure that they meet our requirements. We check all accommodation and facilities and we will not use any hotel or resort on price consideration alone. We like to give good value for money, so should a hotel or resort fail to meet our exacting standards, we will not use it in our programme.

 

Passenger comfort and safety is our prime concern during journeys and any subsequent holiday. Whilst we try to accommodate passengers from all geographical areas, we have to balance this with minimising passenger fatigue. Consequently we do limit the number of pick-up points for the benefit of all. We appreciate that some passengers may be unable to access the specified pick-up points, so for holidays only (excluding day-trips) we can offer a home pick-up service (subject to availability and location) at a small supplement.

 

In addition to our public tour programme, our vehicles are also available for private bookings and can be inspected on request. We have vehicles that cater for any passenger numbers from 8 to 51.

 

In accordance with the EU Directive 90/314/EC all passengers booking with CTT are fully protected for the initial deposit and subsequently the balance of all monies paid to us including repatriation, if required, arising from cancellation or curtailment of their travel arrangements due to the insolvency of the CTT Group. Total security for all repayments is held at Lloyds TSB Bank, Queen Square, Wolverhampton, in a separate trustee account.
