1. Will I be able to have the front seats on the coach?

Unlike some tour operators we do not charge any extra for the front seats on our coaches, but they are a very much on a first come first serve basis - so book early to avoid disappointment!

2. Is the price shown 'per person'?

Yes. The price shown is PER PERSON - not per room or per couple etc.

3. How much Deposit do I pay for day trips?

Normally day trips are paid in full at the point of booking.

4. Do you charge extra for Payments made by Credit Card?

From January 2018, the Goverment has ruled that businesses will not be allowed to add any surcharges for card payments. This means we will no longer charge a percentage for Credit Card payments.

5. Will you send me a reminder when my balance is due?

No. Your Balance Due Date is printed on your Confirmation and Invoice. Please note that we will NOT automatically deduct your Balance from your Credit Card, you will need to contact us again.

6. What is my luggage allowance?

There is a maximum weight of 10kg per case. We suggest one large suitcase between two, or 2 small suitcases. Please pack a separate bag if your holiday includes overnight stops.

7. Seatbelts

To comply with current legislation, seatbelts must be worn at all times whilst travelling on our coaches.

8. Are my personal details secure?

We take security very seriously and your personal information is submitted via a secure server with SSL encryption. No credit/debit card details are stored on our servers.

9. Are my personal details given to any third parties?

We will only submit your details to carefully selected third party companies if you allow us to. At the time of creating your account,you can choose whether you would like to recieve future information or not.

10. Is smoking or alcohol allowed aboard your vehicles?

For the health and safety of our passengers and drivers, smoking (Including electronic cigaretts) is not allowed on any of our vehicles. Alcohol is generally not allowed, except when consumed in a responsible manner on some of our coach tours. Charter groups may transport unopened alcoholic beverage containers in the luggage bays for use at their destination. Under No circumstances is alcohol allowed to be consumed or carried to a sporting event.

11. Are pets allowed on board ?

We will only accept an animal that is required by a person for assistance and is certified as having been trained to assist a person.

12. How does your loyalty scheme work?

You will automatically earn 1 point for every £1.00 you spend. The accrued points can be redeemed against either full or part payment for future bookings. Points can only be redeemed against our trips and holidays. Every 50 points redeemed is equal to £1.00.

13. Wheelchairs

We will accept lightweight wheelchairs for travel, subject to them being able to be folded and stowed away in the luggage hold of the coach.We regret we are unable to accept wheelchairs which are over 20kg in weight. We MUST be advised at the time of booking that a folding wheelchair is being taken on the trip. Some attractions may not be suitable for the disabled or passengers with walking difficulties (please contact our office for further details).

14. How does one child goes free work?

On selected trips one child aged 14 or below can go free, with two full paying adults. This only applies on selected trips where there is no admission/entrance charge. This voucher cannot be combined with any other offer.
